Golf Tournament Sponsorship Policy.

  1. Sponsorship Confirmation: Sponsorship of the Golf Tournament is subject to confirmation by the organizers. Upon receipt of the sponsorship fee, the organizers will confirm the sponsorship and provide further details.

  2. Payment: Payment for the sponsorship must be made in full prior to the event date. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque.

  3. Sponsorship Benefits: The benefits of the sponsorship will be as outlined in the sponsorship package selected by the sponsor. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all benefits are delivered as promised but cannot guarantee the attendance of any particular individual or group at the event.

  4. Logo Usage: The sponsor grants the organizers the right to use the sponsor’s name and logo in promotional materials related to the event, including but not limited to print and online advertising, press releases, and event signage. The organizers will not alter the sponsor’s logo without prior written approval.

  5. Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds will not be issued for cancelled sponsorships. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative sponsorship opportunity or to refund the sponsorship fee.

  6. Indemnification: The sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with the sponsor’s participation in the Golf Tournament.

  7. Governing Law: This policy and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is held.

  8. Entire Agreement: This policy constitutes the entire agreement between the sponsor and the organizers with respect to the sponsorship of the Golf Tournament, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.
